(Mikumi National Park Day Trip Safari is a short tour from Dar es Salaam to Tanzania "Southern Circuit" Mikumi National Park. Mikumi National Park is located in south-central Tanzania, 283 kilometers (175 miles) west of Dar es Salaam. The park hosts’ small and large mammals including variety of birds species and reptiles.
Udzungwa is a park that is known for its beautiful scenery of mountains and rainforest. You will also be able to see the Udzungwa chimpanzees on this trip, so, this is a game drive and trekking trip.

Dar to Mikumi
Depart from Dar es salaam
at 7am and proceed to Mikumi National park via chalinze and Morogoro while
accompanied with picnic lunch pack. Proceed with afternoon game drive at Mikumi
National park the home for zebras, buffalos, elephants and many more animals.
Here you will encounter many species of birds as well. Overnight In Mikumi
bandaz inside the park.
Day 2: Mikumi National park
After morning breakfast
proceed with full game drive at Mikumi national park. Due to Mikumi National
park being located at Savanna plains, animals are easily seen and accessed.
Mikumi National park is home for elephants, zebras, lions, buffalos and many
species of antelopes. Dinner and overnight in Mikumi bandaz.
Day 3: Mikumi to Udzungwa
Mountains National park
Morning breakfast followed by the light game drive
at Mikumi National park while proceeding to Udzungwa for lunch and afternoon
walk along the tropical rain forest. Enjoy the beautiful scenaries en route.
Dinner and overnight at Hondohondo Lodge. Meal plan full board.
Day 4: Udzungwa to Dar es salaam
After breakfast proceed
with walking tour to Udzungwa National park. Here you will get a good view for
Kilombero valley ideal for agriculture. Make short visit to the water fall
while accompanied with your local guide. Later before noon walk back to the
lodge for hot lunch and then start driving to Dar es salaam for departure.
