At The Insight Tanzania Safaris, we keep our booking terms simple and clear so you know what to expect.

Booking & Payment

• Your safari is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit and send you a booking confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation.

• Bookings made shortly before departure may require full payment.

Safari Prices

Your quotation will clearly show the safari price and what is included or excluded. Prices may change before confirmation if park fees, accommodation rates or other supplier costs change.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your safari, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and costs already paid to our suppliers.

We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations and unexpected travel costs.

Changes to Your Safari

We will do our best to accommodate changes requested before your safari. Additional costs may apply.

In rare cases, we may need to change accommodation, routes or activities because of weather, road conditions, park regulations, availability or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide the best available alternative where possible.

Safari Vehicles & Wildlife

Our safaris use suitable 4×4 safari vehicles and experienced driver-guides. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed because animals are free to move in their natural environment.

Guests must follow their guide’s instructions and all park and wildlife regulations.

Travel Documents & Insurance

Guests are responsible for having a valid passport, visa and appropriate travel insurance. Please inform us in advance about any important dietary, medical or mobility requirements.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the safari. Please keep valuables secure and carry appropriate insurance.

Responsible Travel

We ask all guests to respect Tanzania’s wildlife, environment, local communities and cultures. Please follow local laws, park rules and the guidance of your safari guide.

Complaints

If you have any concerns during your safari, please tell your guide or contact our team immediately. We will always do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Acceptance

By paying your deposit or confirming your safari, you agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions together with the details in your confirmed quotation and itinerary.
